A Japanese company specializing in cotton, using a machine “that is a throwback to an analogue era”, the loopwheeler.
It is a slow and tedious process, but they do it because they care about the detail and quality. Once again, analog tools make us think/behave differently; that is the value of using these types of tools.
I am planning on visiting their shop when I visit Tokyo in August 2012. I will be sure to take plenty of photos!
