The ASSEMBLY architecture office is on the corner of Virginia and Martin Luther King Jr. in Berkeley.
I was attracted to their notes, which were clipped on something that reminded me of a clothesline.
As I tried to focus my camera through the window into the dark office, a lady came up to me and said, “Would you like to come on in?”.
Amy had been working with the firm for 8 years in the finance department. She was very nice and showed me around the office, explaining to me how they converted the space into an office.
Their office table was also very hip: a display top and a space underneath to store their plans!
Spaces like this really inspire me.
